For residents of Russian Federation, CIS countries
  1. passport (1 page, residency card)
  2. Foreign passport (1 page)
  3. Proof of address - this may be a utility bill or bank statement showing your actual address - valid for no more than 3 months from date of issue

For US residents
  1. Passport
  2. Driving license

For legal entities registered in Russia
  1. charter
  2. memorandum of association (if any)
  3. excerpt from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities
For legal entities registered in the US
  1. certificate of incorporation
  2. articles of association
  3. memorandum
  4. share certificate for each shareholder
  5. Extract from the company's commercial register (valid for no more than 6 months from the date of issue)
Should the documents be provided in Russian?
If the participants are Russian individuals or legal entities, the confirming documents must be translated into English and notarized
